I occassionally see a blank (no login) X Screen after a system reboot.
I'm using Solaris 8 on a Sun Blade 150 with CDE desk top.

The solution is to reboot the machine.

When it's in this "hung" state, I can't ssh into it, so it's probably
hung in the rc scripts.

Are there X11 log files that could help explain what's happening or
hanging on boot up?

Other info: I'm using SAMBA's winbind to authenticate against my Win2K
domain controllers (Active Directory), and loggin into the console
(i.e. not a remote X session).

Thanks,
