    X doesn't have the concept of a program. It deals with windows.

    No the same window cannot exist on multiple servers. By definition a
    window is a server object.

    However, there are special purpose X servers that multiplex their
    display. You might want to look at
    http://www.cs.brown.edu/software/xmx/. You should also look for
    "groupware" here http://www.rahul.net/kenton/xsites.framed.html.
