Yes.
There are several commercially available X servers for MSWindows and a number of
free ones as well. I use Cygwin X (http://x.cygwin.com/) which is a port of a
boatload of GNU tools and the x.org server to the MSWindows environment.
You can check out Ken Lee's list of X resources at
http://www.rahul.net/kenton/xsites.framed.html In this list, he provides links
to a number of free and commercial MSWindows X servers.
Finally, you could install the VNC server on the machine that would run your X
client apps, and use the VNC client on your MSWindows desktop to have a 'remote
desktop'.
