xfig menu problem?

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with the menu in xfig. The menu hides the
buttons underneath. When I resize the window (make it smaller) the
menu places itself correctly. Can anybody help?

I am using fluxbox as wm, but it's the same thing in gnome. I guess it
has something to do with X rather than xfig?

Here is a screenshot of the problem:
