If I have an NTFS volume with no MFT (or MFT Mirror) is it possible to
recreate a fragmented file??

I know I can recreate an unfragmented file:
* find start of file (using file signature)
* find end of file
* create new file using above

But where would I even start with fragmented files???

I assume Ontrack's RawRecovery manages this??

(Going OT... [Whilst discussing Ontrack] how does their FormatRecovery work
on an NTFS volume? Presumably it just recovers the old MFT??)
