FORCEDOS.EXE should force dualOS application be interpretted
as 16bit MZ executable in NTVDM environment.
But this does not work as expected:
FORCEDOS EXPLORER starts a new Explorer window rather than
writing "This program requires MS Windows".

Is there a way to test the 16bit stub of my Win32 console application
without having to reboot to pure DOS?
