Preventing Folders from Being Renamed

Hello all,

I have a directory structure as follows:

Product Directory
Product A
Product B
Product C

I want to be able to do the following:
a) Prevent the folders from being renamed once created
b) Allow users to create, change, or modify files or folders within the folders
