From an XP PC I am connecting to a NT Server to use usrmgr.exe to change or
edit accounts. Recently I have noticed that when I open up the shortcut it
lets me in but when I double-click on one of the accounts it comes up with
the following:

The following error occurred accessing the properties of the user XXXX
The specified procedure could not be found.
The user properties can not be viewed or edited at this time.

I think this is from one of the patches that was loaded onto this PC.

Any ideas or suggestions please??
