    What the heck is this folder "C:\WINNT\Minidump\" ?
    Did you install some software there?
    Try to rename it to C:\WINNT\Minidump_xx\; provided that you can
    boot from, say, a WinME boot floppy, and provided you can write
    to the file system.

    It's a free patch but you have to call them for it.
