I just came across your post.

Did you ever find a solution to your WAR file problem?

I recently created a Portlet using RAD version 7 and it
works great on my RAD server at work.

I tried to deploy the WAR file to install the portlet on our DEV system and
got all the same errors.

Thanks for any input you can provide.
