  1. MQ7 BUG

    Hi,

i was using MQ 6 as the message gateway for my J2EE application, the typical senario of an MDB listens to a queue, through JCA and MQ Client installed on the Application Server Machine which is Oracle AS 10.1.3.3 on Windows XP, every thing was working fine till we decided to upgrade to MQ 7, where i am facing the following exception when i am trying to start of even deploy my MDB application:

    JmqiResource: bundle 'com.ibm.mq.jmqi.internal.messages' not found
java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name com.ibm.mq.jmqi.internal.messages, locale en_US

the bad thing is that it works just fine if i replaced the JDK am using to the IBM one instead of Sun's JDK, i have found the following Bug reported:

    http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docvie...id=swg1IC57438

i did install Refresh Pack 7.0.1.0 and installed the 7.0.1 client as well but the error is still there.

  2. Re: MQ7 BUG

Could be a problem with the MQ installation or maybe CLASSPATH setting. Check the installation readme's, Quick Beginnings and MQ v7 Java manual. Something could have changed in v7. Report your problem to the vendor.

  3. Re: MQ7 BUG

All of the above has been checked, can i anyone provide any clue on this regards, thanks

I don't mean to be flippant, but I'd suggest that IBM probably can. If
you have MQ 7 you presumably have an entitlement to support.

If you have more of that stacktrace available you should supply it. The
lines you included here are all in generic error-handling code, so it's
impossible to tell where the actual error occurred.

  5. Re: MQ7 BUG

Looks like MQ is generating a Reason Code 2059 but it can't locate the message catalog to display the associated error message.
