Has IBM published a statement of compatibility between Websphere Application Server 4.0.7 and Websphere MQ 6?
If not, they may appear to work together, but if you have problems, its unlikely that IBM will come to the party to fix them.

Thanks Glenns for your response!
I did search through IBM site to know if there is anything in the knowledgebase, however, di not find anything related to statement of compatibility.
My query was more generic if there is anything from the architectural point of view that things would not work...
I checked the MQ 6 Quick Beginnings Guides for AIX and Windows. Under optional software, it lists support for WebSphere Application Server 5.1. WAS can use its own internal MQ provider, or it can talk to a separate MQ server installation.
