Hello,

My dmgr(v6.1.0.17) will fail to start up if I were to start it without having my other computer(which is a part of the cluster), turned on. This is just for testing purposes so I had the dmgr installed on my notebook, with some other nodes on a different computer. The dmgr started up fine as soon as I boot up the other computer. Is this normal? Is there a workaround for this issue?

I've googled based on the error, found this http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docvie...id=swg1PK22694, but that's for v6.0.x.
