Help is needed here as quick as possible.

I was having issues with the flyout portlet, the content palette was not being displayed - only the people finder portlet was displaying.

For this reason i deleted and re-installed the content palette portlet and i deleted the content palette page and imported it from another server.
I provided a unique name of 'ibm.portal.Content Palette' to the portal page and a unique name of 'ibm.portal.Content Palette Control' to the portlet.

Now i have an issue where by (please look at attached doc) the content portlet is displaying but the flyout is caught in a loop, showing header links as well as the portlets option.

Can someone please detail for me how i can fix this. This is becoming quite urgent.
