I have an external uri and i am using inside href attribute in themes and skins. Whenever i click link it navigates to external uri and it doesnt show the portal theme,skin,banner. How can i convert that URI into portal URL inside themes so that whenever a user clicks that link, he can go to that website inside the portal with the portal banner,theme and skins.
