  1. XML Parse build in JAVA

I was wondering is XML Parser is already build in Java where you can just call it and use from there. If so a simple example would be nice.

Another important I have to worry about is that I am working with a URL that does have XML extension, but instead would look something like this

www.sampletesting.com/servlet.wss?cmd=4 this url display the proper XML tages and tree and nothing else, it is a proper xml file but without xml extension. I was wondering if it's possible to still parse those tags.

    Thank You very much.

the WebSphere build will include an xml parser you can use that one. specifically xerces

and if you have an input stream no matter where from you should be able to feed that into the parser.
