    Hi,

    I have WPS 6.0.0.1 installed and have successfully done migration from
    Cloudscape to DB2.

    Following are some guidelines that might help you.

    1. Your DB2 version should be 8.1.12 atleast. This is requirement of
    WPS 6.0.0.1
    2.Modify \SQLLIB\db2cli.ini
    Add following lines
    -------------------------------------------------------------

    [COMMON]
    DYNAMIC=1
    ReturnAliases=0

    #There should be a new line after the ReturnAliases=0
    ---------------------------------------------------------------

    3. Modify \config\wpconfig_dbdomain.properties as per
    your environment.
    4. Modify \config\wpconfig.properties
    Verify wasUserId and wasPassword properties
    5. Modify \config\wpconfig_dbtype.properties
    In DB2 section give the location of db2java zip file. Verify that
    driver property set to COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver
    6. Open \pzn\v6.0\install.properties file and change
    pznFeedback.configured property to true.
    7. Run \config\WPSconfig.bat validate-database-driver to
    validate the properties in wpconfig_dbtype.properties file
    8. Run \config\WPSconfig.bat create-local-database-db2
    to create the databases
    9. Run following tasks from \config\ directory to verify
    the database connectivity.
    WPSconfig.bat validate-database-connection-wps
    WPSconfig.bat validate-database-connection-jcr
    WPSconfig.bat validate-database-connection-feedback
    WPSconfig.bat validate-database-connection-likeminds
    WPSconfig.bat validate-database-connection-wmm
    10. To start the configuration wizard run \config\wizard
    \configwizard.bat
    11. Follow the steps in wizard.

    All the best.

    Have you set your environment with the setupCmdLine.bat file ?

    I also find that for externalisation to DB2, you need to set your DB2 environment using the db2profile script setup when you created your DB2 instance. Otherwise you'll get java class not found type errors and all sorts of other things.
