    Absolutely!

    Check out my website, http://www.portorials.com, and you'll see me
    actually create a Java Server Faces Portlet and a Struts Portlet,
    using the apache bridge, using IRAD 6, and deploy the framework
    portlets to JetSpeed2, rather than WebSphere Portal Server 5.1

    JSR168 is JSR168, even when WebSphere does it. C2A is another
    story...but JSR168...it's all good.
