    I've set capacity to 2 processors and try to start. I received this message.
    BIP8808E: License file 'ANY_5724E11_5.0_001.LIC' not found or not valid. For more information refer to the WebSphere Business Integration Message Brokers online help.
    WebSphere Business Integration Message Brokers requires that the file 'ANY_5724E11_5.0_001.LIC' is present and available and is a valid license file. For more information refer to the online help.
    Check that the specified file exists.

    If you did not run the mqsisetcapacity command before you ran the
    mqsistart
    command for the first time, mqsistart runs successfully, but issues the
    warning message BIP8810 which indicates that you must run
    mqsisetcapacity
    and that the number of processors in this machine is n. After you have
    run
    mqsisetcapacity -c n, message BIP8810 should not appear when you run
    mqsistart again.

    However, on some multiprocessor Windows installations, this message is
    issued because the number of processors found is now incorrectly
    believed
    to be greater than n. You can ignore this message in these
    circumstances.
    Contact your IBM Support representative for a fix to this problem.

    I have the same error, I ran mqsidisplaycapaciti and mqsisetcapaciti -c 2 and when I run mqsistart ESB02 I get the error :
