I am also facing the same problem, and the solution provided as to 'enable' the "Automatic channel Definition" and 'channel auto-definition Event', seems not the correct solution to the problem. It would be great if you anyone can suggest the solution.
I am using the same Queue Manager for the Broker and the Configuration Manager. I checked twice for the authorizations(permission) its all there. Queue manager is running properly.
Any help in this would highly be appreciated.
