  1. Faster start-up of WebLogic cluster

    Hello,

    On WebLogic 8.1 start-up in a cluster, it tries to synchronize with
    other members of the cluster for a period of 30 second (by default).
    If you are in a development environment or have only 1 member in the
    cluster, you can reduce this period to 1 second.
