  1. Suppressing log messages on console

    Hi

We just upgraded to weblogic8 and started seeing the following
    errors/warnings on the console.
Though we know that the errors are authentic, that is, the other server
is not up and running but the according to the design it constantly
polls for the other server to come up.
All we want to do is, ignore the warning. Can it be suppressed from
    console somehow?

Yes. You can (thro the console) log only high severity log files.
under domain and the admin server chk for logging and ask for it to log
only high sev. messages/ additionally look into using a log rotation as
well. so that you use 5-7 files for rotation set on size and therefore
u can eliminate these huge error log files. good luck
