What you'll be doing:

Assist internal and external customers using 24x7 mission critical applications with complex issues in a wide variety of software and computer environments.
Technologies learned and used include: J2EE, Web, DCOM, Citrix, RMI, and many more.
Reading code and making minor modifications.
Troubleshooting
Problem Solving
This is a 24/7 support environment.
Candidates MUST be willing to work evening and weekend hours on occasion.

What you'll need:

A positive attitude and like working with people,
Good programming and problem solving skills, and have the desire and aptitude to learn state-of-the-art software technologies.
BS in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent
Good C/C++ programming skills
Networking: TCP/IP, HTTP
User level Databases, Unix, Windows OS
Good verbal and written skills
Highly motivated
Positive attitude
Enjoy learning
Knowledge of Windows, databases, and computer networking.
