Node Manager only monitor servers that was started through it. However, in production environment with worst senerio, if a managed server was started with scripts under MSI, there is no way you would like to restarted through NodeManager -- in this case, if there are tools to register MSI server with NodeManager, or better, NodeManager actively 'find' the MSI server, that would be great.
Does WebLogic 8.1 supplies any such kind of tools to either register the running MSI server with NM or inform NM that a MSI server need to be monitored?
Thanks.production
