Actually 10 is the maximum number of arguments passed to function
meant to be executed as the entry point of a task. There is otherwise
no limit, beside practicality, to the number of arguments to a
function.

This is a language and tool set question rather than a VxWorks question.
It is true that most of VxWorks is written in C and that the GNU tool
set is popular with VxWorks users, but other langauge and tool set
options are available.
