assistance in SEC 3.0 diver devlopment [Security Engine-SEC]

I am Sreyas, need some help to:

1) develop the driver for SEC 3.0 in vxworks 6.4 or 6.5.
2) Is there any vxworks kernel API for accessing UART routine from
BSP.
