You can download all the GNU toolchains you like from gcc.gnu.org, and
they won't be the Wind River version. Wind has done a lot of work on
the GNU compilers, and the only place I know to get exactly their
version is from them. You'll need a Wind River customer account to
download the toolchain, as I recall.
