    Take decimal error code convert to hex

    3670019 = 0x0038 0003

    First 16 bits shows error in dosFsLib
    -------------
    0x00380000 = M_dosFsLib = (56<<16) = (0x38<<16) = vxModNum.h


    Look in dosFsLib.h
    --------------------
    S_dosFsLib_FILE_NOT_FOUND = (M_dosFsLib | 3)
