Our platform is VMEbus with Radstone CPU46 with a MXES-1 doughter card
with the SCSI controller WD33c93 with VxWorks 5.2. using dosfs 2.0. We
detected that the system hung after some minutes after booting. Then
we created a test program that reads continuously several files and
some times the system hangs and others we get the following error:

disk cache error: device fc8dfc block 95 errno 37000c, disk read
failed
0xf2e9f8 (tShellnd): disk cache error: device 1982fc8dfc
block 95 errno 37000c, disk read failed

Any help will be highly appreciate.
