Is there a chance, that TCPIP SMTP (client) gets BCC support (RSN)?

Eg. via a logical TCPIP$SMTP_BCC (cause of nonsupport by VMSmail/DECWmail)

We want to send our reports (ex VMS) to a list-of-all-sent-reports-mailbox
where we don't want to find the various discussions people do after
getting the reports (with "Reply To All"), but we also don't want to use 2
different MAIL commands (because we then don't see the original recipients
and can't use it as a proof that a missing message was produced/sent and
"only" got lost in the evil empire aka M$ exchange then)

btw: Is there a chance, that TCPIP SMTP (client) gets REPLY-TO support (RSN)?
Eg. via a logical TCPIP$SMTP_REPLY_TO (cause of nonsupport by VMSmail/DECWmail)

TIA
