As far as I know, NO. Your MicroVAX should use single-phase power, while 208
volts power in your data center should be three-phase. Anyway, from 208 volts
three-phase power it's possible to "extract" single-phase 120 volts power.

208 / sqrt(3) = 120 (rounded, in US)
400 / sqrt(3) = 230 (rounded, in Europe)
