That is correct.

These patches (RCDDRIVER-010_A051, RMTDRIVER-010_A051, UCXDRIVER-020_A051) are only needed for OpenVMS for Integrity systems. Only Integrity systems would experience memory corruption.

The UCXDRIVER has improved locking of request queues, that applies to all architectures and versions of OpenVMS, but most systems will not experience the timing window that has been closed, so you should not consider this a critical patch.
