We have one VaxServer 3100 (very old) with 16mb of memory, running
VMS 5.4-3, with 25 DECnet over IP circuits with Multinet v4.4.

All I can find (it has been running fine for several years) are some
comments in MODPARAMS saying:

! 28-Mar-2002 Verne. MIN_NPAGEDYN from 671000 to 851000
! 26-Apr-2002 Verne. Min_IRP from 600 to 650.

and I assume I did that from watching actual usage of those items
on the running system (and assistance from AutoGen).
