I think (OK, guess) that Oracle's IP-enabled services would have their own
listeners and aside from DNS probably wouldn't need any MultiNet server.

MQ-Series 5.1 and later on VMS can be configured with a permanent listener
process and so is independent on MULTINET_SERVER. (MQ 2.2 had to use a
service handled by MULTINET_SERVER.)

I have no idea about Millenium.
