I compiled vtserver. I deposited the boot code from the docs and ran
it and the the screen said that it was downloading, then things went
haywire and looked a little bit like something forgot the baud rate or
something... I will get a screen dump and post it tomorrow.

Has anyone out there ever gotten vtserver to dump a disk from an 11 to
a pc? If so I would like to talk to you.
