    This will do what you want. Add this to the LOGIN.COM for the account
    in question.

    $ if f$trnlnm("TT").eqs."TCPWARE:FTPSERVER_DTP.COM"
    $ then
    $ x = 0
    $ count = 0
    $ _PID_Loop:
    $ pid = f$pid(x)
    $ if pid.nes.""
    $ then count = count + 1
    $ goto _PID_Loop
    $ endif
    $ if count.gt.1
    $ then logout
    $ endif
    $ endif

    It loops through the PIDs for the logged in account, and if the count
    is more than 1, it logs out the process. I just tested it, and it
    works fine, although the user is not told why they're disconnected.
    Note that an interactive user would also be counted, which may or may
    not be want you want. f$getjpi() could be used to check for more info
    to see if the process should be counted....

    Thanks a lot. But the ANONYMOUS account has no LOGIN.COM (and I think,
    this was setup or at least recommended by PSC some decades ago)...
