We're talking about (Anonymous) FTP sessions, that means network processes.
Interactive is different...

Just for the records, NJOBLIM doesn't seem to have any effect here.
If I set NJOBLIM to 1, I still can have more than 1 FTP session in parallel
to more than 1 FAL session. Strange, what is NJOBLIM then really for?
