    This is unlikely. We support back to VMS 5.5 where the PRODUCT command
    doesn't exist.

    Yes. This was a VMS restriction and not a TCPware restriction. I
    think it was VMS 7.3-2 that removed the restriction, but I might have
    the version wrong.

    Yes. An ECO is needed.

    Then please offer both versions (like DEC did for some products, like FORTRAN).
    Or offer a working/supported uninstall routine with every TCPware version.
    Or ask DEC to offer a PCSI ECO for V5.5 ;-)
    And of course change the TCPware ECOs to PCSI also...

    Named how? Which is when? Another 3 years?

    But then again, why is the configuration parameter in TCPIP and not in VMS?

    I probably start with a few 8.3 tests in June
