disaster recovery

we bought backupexec 8 for windows nt2000 server
and disaster recovery option

we have a new seagate tape scorpio with firmware 743b 12/24 gigabites. we
did the backup create the 5 disks for recovery.
we shutdown the server and boot from the floppies after it found the scsi
adapters and cdrom and harddrive.
disaster hungs at detecting Media devices
attending to fing secondary media devices and robotic media loaders

Detecting Media Devices

loading 04mmdat.sys
loaded 04mmdat driver

and it just stay there.

Please help
We don't what to do.
