do you use a proxy server? If so you may need to bypass proxies in IE.
Try setting the bypass proxies for local addresses option and then add your
EV server to the Intranet Zone (using desktopsettings.ini)

When opening an archived item from the vault i have to login, i can't login
with a default user login but i have to login with the vault service account.
The problem is solved for a while then but sometimes i have the same problem
the next day.
Does anyone know what's the problem here?
