Why does the valkyrie.dll constantly get disabled in Outlook 2003? It seems
every day a different user is unable to open vaulted items and it is because
the valkyrie.dll is listed as a disabled add-in in Outlook. Simple enabling
it fixes the problem but is there anyway to prevent it from being disabled
in the first place? What is the cause?
