Looks like some kind of memory issue
Are you backup procedures good. Are you making sure that your services get
stopped once per night?

Is this happening often or just the once? Just started happening now?
Have you limited the amount of memory allocated to SQL Server, if not I'd
suggest that. How much physical memory does the server have?

Looks to me like it's the same bug we had the other day. It seems to have
crept in with SP4. Took me hours to figure it out (all nighter keeping the
box up to clear the Qs...)

Add this reg key:

HKLM\Software\KVS\Enteprise Vault\Agents\UpdateShoppingBasketNoRequeue

and resart shopping service. Actually I rebooted as well --- for good luck
