  1. Converter Sandbox app log error msg

has anyone seen event id 4170 logged on their EV Journal servers? The category
is Converter Sandbox and the source is Enterprise Vault. After EV logs 10000
of these messages within 2 hours, it stops all the EV services. I suspect
it may have something to do with SQL (running in a consolidated server environment)
but I'm not knowledgeable enough to make that call. I had just wanted to
get some more information before I called support. Once I restart the services,
everything appears to be working fine.

Looks like some kind of memory issue
Are you backup procedures good. Are you making sure that your services get
    stopped once per night?

Is this happening often or just the once? Just started happening now?
Have you limited the amount of memory allocated to SQL Server, if not I'd
suggest that. How much physical memory does the server have?

    Dudes,

Looks to me like it's the same bug we had the other day. It seems to have
crept in with SP4. Took me hours to figure it out (all nighter keeping the
box up to clear the Qs...)

    Add this reg key:

    HKLM\Software\KVS\Enteprise Vault\Agents\UpdateShoppingBasketNoRequeue

and resart shopping service. Actually I rebooted as well --- for good luck

Let me know if it works.
