On a WIN98SE system, using BE Desktop 4.5.

When trying to start BackupExec Desktop, a message comes up: "Unable to
load product specific Resource DLL. Program will terminate."
Then the product terminates.
This program has been working fine for two years.
I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the program, but it makes no
difference. I am thinking of reinstalling the OS, but it seems like a lot
of work, for a problem that SHOULD be an easier fix.

Anybody have any ideas?
