  1. Windows2000 and scheduled jobs

    Hi
I do have the same problem as Jim had in February, but I don't understand
    the answer.
Does it mean that if I not is a member of a "backup rights" group then I can
run the scheduler without having password?

    Christer

The question and answer from February follows:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    --------------------
The password is needed for a USER that has "backup rights" on the system.
This usually is a member of the Backup Operators group or an Administrator.
The application needs this to be able to run scheduled backups.

  2. Re: Windows2000 and scheduled jobs

Go into user management add add yourself the the group "Backup Operators".
    Then give it a shot.
