I have a customer that had a virus on his computer.
Prior to the virus, the Backup worked.
He is using Backup Exec for Windows 2.0. He has Windows 95 installed. I
have removed the virus, but the software produces
the error message ".dll file uiserve.dll was not found" when you attempt
to open the program. I had him uninstall, then reinstall the software.
No errors occured in the installation
process. However, we still cannot get into the software.
Ideas or suggestions?
