I am new to Veritas........in other words, only experience is due to this problem.

Solaris 9 sparc running Veritas 3.5
The following happens at boot:
NOTICE: VxVM vxdmp disabled path 118/0x60 belonging to the dmpnode 271/0x30
NOTICE: VxVM vxdmp disabled path 118/0x78 belonging to the dmpnode 271/0x38

When I run
#vxdmpadm getsubpaths ctlr=c10
NAME STATE PATH-TYPE DMPNODENAME ENCLR-TYPE ENCLR-NAME
c10t#d#s# ENABLED PRIMARY T30_1 T3 T30
c10t#d#s# DISABLED SECONDARY T30_0 T3 T30
#vxdmpadm getsubpaths ctlr=c11
NAME STATE PATH-TYPE DMPNODENAME ENCLR-TYPE ENCLR-NAME
c11t#d#s# ENABLED PRIMARY T30_0 T3 T30
c11t#d#s# DISABLED SECONDARY T30_1 T3 T30
Is the secondary drives suppose to be in disabled state?

When I ran the following in single-user mode:
vxdmpadm enable path=c#t#d#s#
It stated:
NOTICE: VxVM vxdmp enabled path 118/0x60 belonging to the dmpnode 271/0x30
NOTICE: VxVM vxdmp enabled path 118/0x78 belonging to the dmpnode 271/0x38

But still had the problem when the system came online.
The same drives are not recognized by Solaris within the format command.

Is my problem due to the secondary being disabled or am I completely off-base??????

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
