We are going to apply a bunch of Solaris patches. We would like to be able
to break the rootdisk mirror and use the rootmirror as a rollback in case
the patches blow up the machine.

I found a solution in the knowledge base, but it disabled volume manager.
That problem with that is if we nede to come up on the now seperated rootmirror,
we also need to be able to import other diskgroups that were deported prior
to the application of the patches. This system is in a VCS cluster with another
system.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks,
Russ
