    Hello all!

    I was wondering how could I remove disconnected arrays from the list of array
    in /etc/vx/array.info? For example, many machines have the following:

    $ sudo vxdmpadm listenclosure all
    Password:
    ENCLR_NAME ENCLR_TYPE ENCLR_SNO STATUS
    ================================================== ==========
    Removed3 OTHER_DISKS OTHER_DISKS DISCONNECTED
    Removed2 SENA 5080020000039c40 DISCONNECTED
    Removed1 SENA 5080020000073760 DISCONNECTED
    F SENA 508002000007ccb8 CONNECTED
    E SENA 508002000006c380 CONNECTED
    Internal Disk DISKS CONNECTED

    $ cat /etc/vx/array.info
    OTHER_DISKS
    Removed3
    0
    OTHER_DISKS
    5080020000039c40
    Removed2
    0
    SENA
    5080020000073760
    Removed1

    SENA
    508002000007ccb8

    E
    0
    SENA
    DISKS
    Internal
    0
    Disk
    $

    Manual removal from /etc/vx/array.info doesn't work - all removed records
    being restored in few minutes.
    I'm having the same issue on VxVM 3.2 and 3.5.

    Any pointers/suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Was server rebooted after they were disconnected or not?
