    DHCP files are locked by the OS you will need the OTM to create a hot
    backup or schedule a DHCP backup from with in the DHCP server
    (speaking nt4)

    OTM is imo not a sane idea schedule a backup instead

    Could u schedule the service (DHCP) to stop for the period of the backup
    and start afterwards - so DHCP databases can be backed up when
    quiescent. Of course that depends on what systems might be needed the
    DHCP when u do the backups.
