Yes, you need to select the "OTM" feature when you installed the client agent
on your NT machines. You have to re-boot the machine for the Open Transaction
Manager to take effect. Make sure you, after you re-boot, to edit the clients
OTM settings. Pay particular attention to the Cache file's Initial and Maximum
size as well as the location of the cache file, VERY IMPORTANT, can't stress
it enough...:-)
